If you need to return an item, here's what to do:

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from delivery date.

Acquire an RMA Number by contacting our Consumer Service team using the form at Contact Us or register a return using our self-service Returns Portal.

You can use the self-service return create page on our website at Track Your Order. If your return is within our 30 days return period, you will be provided a prepaid return ship label as well as packing slip document for your use.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
