Can I use a Basin Gift Card I purchased in-store online or use a Gift Certificate from Basin.com in-store?

If you purchase a Basin Gift Card in-store it can only be used in-store. If you purchase a Gift Certificate from Basin.com it can only be used online at Basin.com.

I live outside of the USA, can I have Basin products shipped to me?

At this time Basin only ships within the USA and Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update our website if International shipping becomes available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed through the system you will receive an email from us with a tracking number, allowing you to see the status of your order's delivery. If your order was placed on Friday please allow 2 to 3 days for your confirmation email to be sent out as shipments are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
